Tourist Attraction in Thailand:
1.       Grand palace/ Wat Phra Kaew 
               This attraction is open daily starting at 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. .The entry ticket price 500 Baht  or around 190.000 rupiah. The tickets are already included  tickets for other attractions namely Dusit Palace, Queen Sirikit Museum, Coin Museum, dan The Emerald Buddha.

2. Wat pho
Wat Pho is a must destination  because as the oldest and largest temple in Bangkok, the temple has Buddha statue bed (Reclining Buddha) is the longest in thailand, along 46m, the height is about 15m, made of brick, plaster, and a layer of gold, her feet were coated with 108 lakhsana (sacred symbol of Buddhism), made of pearls.

 3. Wat arun
Wat arun (Temple of Dawn) is a buddha temple located in the district of bangkok yai precisely in the west of the Chao Phraya river upsteam. Wat arun is considered one of the most famous of the man landmarks in Thailand, entrance fee for foreigners here 500 Baht.


4. Pattaya beach
Pattaya is a city in Thailand, a beach resort popular with tourists and expatriates. Irish on the east coast of the gulf of Thailand about 100km (62mi) south east of Bangkok within but not part of Amphoe Bang Lamung in the province of Chonburi. When you enter pattaya beach you don’t have to pay ticket, that means free.
5. Chatuchak market
How to  market chatuchak is boat ride across the Chao Phraya River pay 3 Baht and then replace the boat to Saphan Taksin pay 15 Bath ride the BTS national stadium 37 Bath down in siam changing lanes mo chit BTS up to 42 tickets Bath from here lived the way to market chatuchak.

Bali, the best experience






Hello blogger, I wanna write about my third experience to Bali when I were at high school. It's been a long time but for an assginment from my lecturer, Novi Dwi Gitawati I would throwback a little while.

Me and my other friends in high school went to Bali for study tour. We went to some amazing places. first, we went to Pantai Kuta. Pantai Kuta is a tourist place located subdistrict of Kuta, south of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. This area is a tourist destination abroad and has become a mainstay tourist island of Bali since the early 1970s. Kuta Beach is often referred to as a sunset beach (sunset beach) as opposed to the Sanur beach. In addition, the air field I Gusti Ngurah Rai is located not far from Kuta. Pantai Kuta is visited by many tourist from different country, me and my friends took a picture with some tourist out there but the pict was lost. In second place, we went to Pulau Penyu Tanjung Benoa. When I crossed the island to reach Tanjung Benoa, me and my friends get into a boat that climbed only to about 10 people. we rented a boat at the price of  Rp 50,000. Pulau Penyu Tanjung Benoa Bali, in addition to providing watersport Bali, also provides travel packages to visit the turtle island in Tanjung Benoa and see the marine park offshore. Object turtle island in Tanjung Benoa, managed independently by the people of Tanjung Benoa, who previously worked mostly as fishermen. I have touched the Turtle. We took a picture in there and admiring how beautiful the scenery out there. And after that, we went to Bedugul. Bedugul Botanical Garden is located in District Baturiti, Tabanan Bali. The distance is about 62.6 km or about 1 hour 14 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport and 40 km from Singaraja City by land.
Tourist attractions in Bali this offer, area of natural scenic beauty of the mountains and lakes. Located at an altitude of 1,240 meters above sea level, with an average temperature of 18 Celsius at night and 24 Celsius during the day. High place to make these places always are cold and foggy.

I went to Krisna Bali to bought some souvenirs. I have bought Pie Susu because Pie Susu is one the most famous souvenirs. And then I went to Jogger to bought Jogger shirt and other souvenirs in there. Actually, there's still so many tourist attraction that I have visited but only 3 that I have took a picutre uh I mean I only have that picture when I visited Bedugul, Pantai Kuta, and Tanjung Benoa.

Lembang Bandung


Hello blogger, this is my second story that I have visited, Lembang Bandung. I write this story because my lecturer Miss Novi Dwi Gitawati asked me and my other friends to write a story of holiday or tourist attraction that we have visited. 

Lembang is one of the most popular tourist destination. There are many tourist attractions in Lembang:
1. Gunung Tangkuban Perahu
    Gunung Tangkuban Perahu is a tourist attractions in Lembang most popular. Almost everyone who went to Lembang aim to visit the mountain is shaped like an upturned boat. These attractions are located approximately 20 kilometers to the north of Bandung. With a height of over 2,000 meters above sea level, Mount Tangkuban Perahu is a cold place.
2. De Ranch
    De Ranch is a family tourist attractions located in Lembang. It is unique in this tourist spot is nuanced cowboy atmosphere. In De Ranch, Lembang you can play different types of games fun for the kids, and also can ride a horse, both in land De Ranch, as well as outside. This place is also often used as a venue for corporate activities spacious land.
3. Maribaya
    Maribaya a tourist spot in Lembang which has hot springs, waterfalls, and a garden. The place is famous for its natural attractions and tourist hot water sulfur, so do not be surprised if this place is packed with visitors on weekends. Maribaya favorite activity is soaking in hot water, and trekking.
4. Observatorium Bosscha
    Observatorium Bosscha is an interesting place because it is rare in Indonesia. This place is a place observations of stars only in Lembang. Observatory often gets visits visits by schools and universities because it contains elements of education that is quite useful.
5. Air Panas Ciater
    Air Panas Ciater is one of the tourist attractions in Subang visited by many tourists who go on a trip to Lembang and surrounding areas. True to its name, which is offered hot water. However, the hot water is not a regular hot water, but the natural hot water from the crater of Mount Tangkuban Perahu. Ciater Hot Spring demand for bathing activities because they contain different types of natural minerals that are believed to cure various diseases. In addition, many also say that Ciater Hot Spring can make you more beautiful and handsome.

Actually there still a lot tourist attraction in Lembang, but I am tired to write that hahaha lol. btw when I visited Lembang, I have visited Observatorium Bosscha but I haven't take a pict in there. I have visited Air Panas Ciater and then I tried the water and I felt so relaxed because of the hot water in there. It's been a long time when I visited Lembang, so I only remembered that I have visited Observatorium  Bosscha and Air Panas Ciater. But in my memory Lembang Bandung is one of the most beautiful place.

Museum Konferensi Asia-Afrika



Hello blogger, I wanna tell a story about my study tour in Bandung. Actually this is an assignment from my lecturer, Miss Novi Dwi Gitawati. When I study tour to Bandung with my junior high school, I have visited some museums. Based on that picture, I have visited Museum Konferensi Asia Afrika. 

Museum Konferensi Asia-Afrika is one of the museum located in the city of Bandung. Located at 65 Jl.Asia Afrika. This museum is the memorabilia Asian-Africa Conference. This museum has a very close relationship with the Gedung Merdeka. Overall Gedung Merdeka has two main buildings, which first called Gedung Merdeka as the main venue, whereas that was beside the Merdeka Building is the Museum of the Asian African Conference as a memoribilia of the Asian-African Conference. The background of the construction of this museum is the desire of the leaders of the nations in Asia and Africa to know about Gedung Merdeka and surrounding places Asian-African Conference. 

Is not surprising that we find the sight line of the flagpole located in front of the museum Asia African conference of Bandung. Climb the stairs one by one toward the main entrance of the museum Asia African Bandung Conference, we will be presented with a form of a beautiful landscape design style. After the museum entrance Asia African conference, we have to sign the guest book provided. and a diorama depicting the current situation Asia African conference took place, we can watch it in this room. apparent President Soekarno, who at that time became one of the architects of this movement which at that time the world situation increasingly uncertain due to World War II that has not subsided, he witnessed by the leaders of Asian and African countries other giving a speech at the podium.

In my opinion attraction  that me and my friends visit, namely, museum Konferensi Asia Afrika (KAA) Bandung has a beautiful and save histories remarkable and interesting to visit, especially among students. So, this museum that I have visited is one of the tourist attraction should be visited. And I will never forget this place

Pantene Shampoo Advertisement

Hello guys, this is the third assignment from our lecturer Mr. Romel Noverino. He gave us an assignment to anaylize and answer a question about  Hair in Pantene’s Shampoo Advertisement.

In the beginning of this Pantene commercial, the characters’ hair is used to show their progression of character. In the case of the protagonist, her hair’s growth and style illustrates her journey from a shy girl into a confident one, while the antagonist’s hair demonstrates her true character throughout the advertisement.

The main character, who we will refer to as “the violin girl”, is introduced as a young girl watching a street performer play the violin. Her hair is short like she is, a symbol of her youth. When we next see the violin girl, her hair is long, straight, and flowing, but tamed and pulled back. At this point in the story, the main character is held back from fulfilling her true potential as an aspiring violinist by her inability to hear and the ill treatment she receives from her opponent, the piano player. The piano player wears her hair pulled back in a tight, unyielding ponytail. The contrast between the two girls’ hairstyles shows that although the violin girl is oppressed for now, she still has the potential to be free. Her opponent the pianist, however, has her long silky locks bound securely in a ponytail, showing that she is disciplined and unable to let her go.

At the end of the commercial, the violin girl competes against her opponent in a classical music contest and as she plays her instrument (although it is unclear if she is really playing the violin or simply fantasizing), her hair is swings wildly and freely around her head and is visually compared to the flowing strands of grain in a wheat field. This is a symbol for her new found freedom and self-confidence, something that we all strive for. She is enthusiastically applauded, and we are left with the message that if we buy Pantene Shampoo, we too will achieve our greatest aspirations, the worlds approval, and flawless hair at the same time.

Mr. Romel’s question is:

Explain relationship between story line based on the ads with its product’s tag line “you can shine”! and why this product used girl as a model?

The story line about a deaf girl who wanted to play violin but she got underestimate by people around her. She felt hopeless and then she met an old-man who gave a new spirit for her.

So, the explanation between the story line and the product’s tag line is everyone can shine even though they have disabilities, so we think why this product used this story line because pantene’s tag line is “Percayalah Tak Ada Yang Tak Mungkin, Berkilaulah Pantene” so that’s why this product used the impossible thing. You will shine if you believe in yourself.

Because girls tend to be more effective in grabbing the attention and women have a more aesthetic value. And this product is for hair it means girls hair is more suitable for this product.

MUANG THAI LIFE INSURANCE

Hello guys! I have an assignment from my lecturer Mr. Romel Noverino to analyze an ad with titled “Silence of Love: Thai Life Insurance Commercial”. Btw this is the second assignment from him.  This advertisement present by MUANG THAI LIFE INSURANCE, and what is muang Thai Life Insurance?

Muang Thai Insurance is a Thai Life Insurance company based in Bangkok. The company’s headquarters is at street no 250, Rachadaphisek Road, Huay Kwang. The company was officially founded on 6 April 1951. The first headquarters of the company was on Suapa Road, Bangkok.

Ok I will tell you guys about the plot and the character based on the advertisement:

Character:

·         The old man: He’s the girl’s father who cant speak from the beginning when he’s born. He just ordinary father that cant even speak and only earn money by selling street food.
·         The girl: the old man’s daughter. She’s just normal girl who did not like her father because her father can’t speak. She is want to have a normal father like the others.

Plot :

Begin with the daughter’s life. She just normal girl that going to school everyday and everyday her father always drive her to school. Before his daughter go into the class his father always remind her to study hard and become a smart person one day with his body language. But this is the controversy begin. Because his father can’t even speak, her classmate always bullying her that her father is a dumb person. Day after day the daughter facing the reality, her classmate that always bullying her and her father that always using body language. And one day on her birthday, she decided to committed suicide, her father waits her to celebrate her birthday by preparing the birthday party and his speech for his daughter, the father found that his daughter had cut her wrist, he is panic and bring his daughter to the hospital, the father really loves his daughter and he would give anything to heals his daughter, anything. Then he sacrifices himself and donate his blood for his daughter, his daughter saved but not for his life, and she realized that her father is the best father for her, she realized how much her loves her father.

Mr. Romel Noverino gave 3 questions about that advertisement, here they are:

1.       Why this ad shows relationship between father and daughter?
2.       Why this ad shows sad nuance? If it is more effective if the nuance was sad? If yes, explain it.
3.       Why this ad shows poor family?

Answer:

1.       Because people said that daughters closer to her father. And in this ad using figures father and daughter because this ad want to show that a father also loves daughter even though sometimes a father looks cool and assertive.
2.       This ad used fear technique because sad nuance tend more effective to people’s attention because if the nuance was sad, it will touch people’s heart.
3.       Because in the third world country people thinks that insurance only for rich families. So this ad wants to show us that insurance not only for rich families. Everyone needs insurance, even for poor families. Insurance is important.

HiLo advertisement

Hi, here are our analysis about HiLo advertisement that we discussed on our first meeting with Mr. Romel Noverino as our lecturer for Copywriting subject.  
So, here it's the video: 

 Me and my group found 5 things about the ads, there are urgency, feasibility, mechanism, solvency and hidden lies. and there are the explanation about them:
Urgency                  :we concluded that  If you’re not tall enough between your friends and not feeling confident with your height, you should drink HiLo.
Feasibility               :we concluded that If you don’t drink HiLo you will not grow taller. You will get a mock or bully from your friends. And you are not popular between your friends.
Mechanishm        : Two times a day. First, when you wake up and before you sleep.
Solvency                 : Get taller, more active, and there are many people will like you because you are tall. People will pay more attention to you.
Hidden lies            : This milk can’t make you taller if you don’t do exercise, eat properly, and enough sleep
